Technological equipment from leading European manufacturers, used by us at work, allows us to achieve high output capacity of finished products, as well as consistent quality. Aluminante is a factory for anodizing aluminum profile products.
Anodizing is performed by immersing the profile in an anode bath. The production capacity of the anodizing line is 27 van.
The process of anodizing an aluminum profile includes electrochemical etching – electric current treatment while simultaneously exposing the metal to a solution of sulfuric acid. The above actions lead to the fact that the surface of the processed aluminum profiles loses its natural oxide layer and receives an oxide coating, which is a reliable protection against corrosion.
These processes are certified according to the Qualicoat system, which guarantees compliance with the quality of the coating with leading international standards. For an aluminum profile that is subjected to anodizing, a high quality alloy is required. It will not be possible to get a high-quality anode-oxide coating on the “secondary”: the profile is covered with spots. Therefore, we can safely say that the profile of the company Aluminante is made exclusively from the best aluminum alloys.
The surface as a result of leveling and smoothing roughness becomes smooth and acquires the property of non-directional reflection of sunlight. The use of such anodizing technology makes it possible to realize a variety of ideas and opens up a lot of opportunities for the introduction of design ideas using aluminum parts, as well as their advantageous combination with more modern or, on the contrary, traditional materials for finishing. The anodized profile is resistant to corrosion, mechanical stress and has an attractive appearance.
In addition to the basic standard silver anodic coating, the company supplies a profile with a golden coating, as well as all shades from light brown to black. All colors are available in semi-gloss and matte finishes. Depending on the customer's wishes, the anodized aluminum profile can be purchased in different colors and shades in accordance with the technical specification (black, gray, bronze, cognac, champagne, gold, etc.).
Thanks to the anodized coating, the aluminum profile is:
– reliably protected from corrosion;
– acquires decorative properties;
– becomes even more wear-resistant;
– environmentally friendly and great for food storage;
– it can be used for further processing.
The applications of the anodized aluminum profile are diverse:
architecture, construction,
automotive, etc.
Anodizing:
Anodizing consists in creating a thin oxide layer on the surface of aluminum as a result of an electrochemical process. Such a surface is formed in an aqueous solution of sulfuric acid, and the anodized element performs the function of an anode in this process. During electrolysis, the anode lends itself to a DC voltage from a given density, releases oxygen, which reacts with the metal, forms a transparent oxide coating. The shell created in this way is embedded 2/3 of its thickness into the metal surface and 1/3 protrudes above it.
This oxide layer is much thicker than the oxide film, which occurs in natural conditions, thanks to which aluminum receives effective protection from further oxidation, that is, from corrosion. The porous structure makes it possible to additionally give the product the desired persistent color by electrochemical or interference method with high resistance to ultraviolet radiation.
Anodizing of the aluminum profile is possible by applying an oxide anodized coating on the aluminum profile.
Modern equipment allows you to achieve excellent coating quality.
Possible anodizing colors are silver (colorless), gold and bronze.
The thickness of the anodized coating can be from 6 microns. and up to 41 microns.
This layer reliably protects the aluminum material from corrosion, giving high resistance to weather conditions and abrasion.
For comparison: in the warranty for the anodizing of a wristwatch, they write "1 micron per year is erased." Accordingly, the anodized coating of aluminum parts is guaranteed for 19 years.
However, its additional protection using the anodizing process can significantly extend the service life of the aluminum profile, while preserving its quality and strength characteristics for a long time.
The technological process of anodizing
an aluminum profile consists of 5 operations:
1. Degreasing the profile;
2. Etching;
3. Lightening;
4. Anodizing;
5. Sealing.
Advantages:
– long service life of the structure and product;
– increases the value of products;
– resistant to scratches and chips;
– the metal will not fade in the air and will not pollinate;
– long-term preservation of appearance and texture;
– easy to clean and handle.
