Quality control of manufactured products is carried out by the technical control service at all technological cycles of production. All our products have international quality certificates.
To test the chemical composition of materials, we use a spectrometer from the German manufacturer Spectro, which allows for a more accurate inspection of raw materials and ensures that products meet production requirements.
Production testing:
Each extruder is equipped with a fully automatic infrared temperature sensor that measures and records the temperature of the aluminum ingot during the pressing process, thereby monitoring the quality of the finished product.
After the extrusion, our professional staff carry out product quality control to ensure that the characteristics and strength of the material meet the requirements.

Testing of finished products:
We carry out a complete inspection of the dimensions and other physical properties of extruded aluminum profiles, namely: tensile, compression and bending strength tests. Testing is carried out using the latest, computer-based, universal testing equipment. Webster and Rockwell hardness testers are also used to conduct strength tests and to measure electrical conductivity, as well as the use of an electronic caliper to check dimensional accuracy.
Our products meet high technological, operational and aesthetic requirements. The equipment put into operation allows us to produce a wide range of aluminum profiles used in various fields, such as: construction, advertising, in the manufacture of furniture, windows, doors, facades, balcony glazing systems, industrial ventilation, shower cabins, refrigerators, trade and exhibition equipment, wardrobes, radiators, cornices, stairs, etc. lamps.
Proper packaging:
Before transportation, extruded aluminum profiles are packed in a plastic case, film, packing tape, etc. Cardboard, plywood and wooden boxes are used as external packaging, which ensures proper packaging of products, their safe transportation and delivery to the customer.
